Master of Social Work, Registered Social Worker
I always feel privileged when people take me on their journey through healing and self-discovery. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is a partnership that is built on trust and emotional safety, and that we all have the strength to move through challenging situations. During our sessions, you will be in the driver's seat while I help navigate our route. Whether you want to work through a current situation or something from your past, I can help you work through your experiences and achieve your goals.
I practice from a non-judgmental, trauma-informed lens, providing integrative, generalist services using skills and techniques from multiple models of therapy. I believe that you are the expert in your life, so I want to help provide insight into the wisdom you already have.
I integrate an adult attachment lens into sessions when requested to explore how early childhood experiences can influence your current daily life. I also tend to focus on regulating your emotions and your nervous system to guide you through building lasting coping skills.
I work with individuals (16 years and older) and couples. Please reach out to schedule an appointment with me if you think we might be a good fit for each other.

Taking the first step and reaching out for support isn’t always easy and I understand it can be overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate things on your own.
I support teens (16+) and adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, low mood, relationship challenges, burnout, life transitions, or simply a sense that something isn’t quite right, either past or present, we can take the time to understand what’s going on together.
I offer a trauma-informed space that is grounded in empathy, respect, and nonjudgment. You don’t have to have the “right” words here as my goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and safe enough to explore your experiences at your own pace.
My approach is integrative and collaborative, which means I draw from different therapeutic perspectives and tailor our work to fit you, your needs, your values, and your goals. I believe therapy is a shared process, where we gently make sense of patterns, build on your strengths, and create space for meaningful change.
Above all, I strive to meet you where you are and walk alongside you to move toward greater clarity, resilience, and self-understanding.
